Cruise departs from Naxos Port early morning. After a short ride, you arrive at Paros’ Parikia Port where you’ll meet your English-speaking guide for the day. Stroll together through the charming streets of Old Town learning all about Paros’ history, visiting the 13th century Venetian Castle and one of the oldest churches in all of Greece, Panagia Ekatontapiliani, dating to around 400 AD.
Board the bus and travel to the port of Punda to board the ferry to Antiparos, where you will meander through picturesque Old Town and visit the 15th century and still inhabited, Venetian Fortress.
Ferry back to Paros and re-board the bus to travel past the villages of Alyki and Drios, to Piso Livadi, where you’ll enjoy a break for a swim or something to eat.
Back to the bus to Lefkes, the former capital of Paros, and its breathtaking view. Then on to Marathi and its ancient marble quarries, where marble was mined for some of the world’s most famous statues from ancient times, such as the Venus de Milo.
Last stop on the cruise is Naoussa, the beautiful fishing village with its Cycladic charm, where you’ll stroll along its small paths to the port with its colorful fishing boats.
